I just wanted to write in and tell you what a miserable job your company is doing. I have been making call after call, I am ALWAYS put on hold, managers don't call me back when they say they will. I have been trying to resolve an issue for over 3 weeks and it is beyond frustratring. This blog is a waste of your time.
I know where you are coming from suzana I am totally frustrated with their service too I will never buy extended warranty again and certainly not from sears waiting a month to get a brand new washer motor replaced o think I have a lemon
